Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Torvato purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

To begin a return, contact support@torvato.com before sending the product back.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unopened, when applicable

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, components, manuals, and included materials

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or the Torvato order number

Torvato reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet these requirements.

Grooming Products and Hygiene Restrictions

For health and hygiene reasons, grooming tools and personal-care products that have been opened, used, tested, worn, or placed in contact with the body are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This restriction may apply to products such as:

  • Electric body trimmers and shavers

  • Beard trimmers

  • Nail clippers and grooming tools

  • Toothbrushes and oral-care products

  • Other personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products

Removing protective seals, hygiene seals, films, or sanitary packaging may make the product ineligible for return.

Please inspect your order before opening or using the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used grooming and personal-care products

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, alteration, or improper handling

  • Products showing normal wear and tear

  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or components

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items, when clearly identified as final sale before purchase

  • Unauthorized returns

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@torvato.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs of the product and packaging, when requested

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Do not send a return to the address displayed on the original shipping package unless Torvato specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns sent to an incorrect address may not be received or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for standard returns, including returns related to:

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Personal preference

  • No longer needing the product

  • Selecting the wrong color, model, or variant

Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable.

Torvato will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when an approved claim involves a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Torvato is not responsible for unauthorized return packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact support@torvato.com within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing components

  • Different from the product or variant ordered

Your message must include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Do not discard the product or packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

After evaluating the claim, Torvato may provide one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund to the original payment method

  • Another appropriate resolution

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information may be denied.

Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for Torvato to process the refund. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Torvato cannot control processing times imposed by financial institutions.

Partial or Denied Refunds

A return may receive a partial refund or be denied if the product:

  • Has been opened, used, worn, or tested

  • Is not in its original condition

  • Is missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or components

  • Shows damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

  • Was returned without authorization

  • Does not comply with this policy

Exchanges

Torvato does not guarantee direct exchanges.

When appropriate, the fastest option may be to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may qualify for replacement after review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter fulfillment or shipment.

Contact support@torvato.com immediately to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to deductions for shipping, handling, return postage, or reshipment costs.

A refund will not be issued until the package has been received and reviewed by the appropriate fulfillment facility.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact support@torvato.com before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate order concerns.

Refund eligibility remains subject to the terms of this policy.
