8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters fulfillment or shipment.

To request a cancellation, contact support@torvato.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Torvato may cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, supplier availability, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Torvato currently ships within the United States in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Order-processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs procedures, supply-chain disruptions, inaccurate addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If we are unable to ship an order within the represented timeframe, we will handle the delay or cancellation in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact support@torvato.com and obtain authorization before sending any product back.

Customers should not return products to the address appearing on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by Torvato.

For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming and personal-care products that have been opened, used, tested, worn, or placed in contact with the body are generally not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. An eligible customer may be instructed to return a product for a refund and place a separate order for the desired product.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, together with any requested photographs, videos, packaging, or shipping-label information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Torvato processes approved refunds within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy, although the customer’s financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Promotional Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to separate requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, or eligibility rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotional codes have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may exclude certain products
