Thank you for shopping with Torvato. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Shipping Availability
Torvato currently ships to customers within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. During holidays, product launches, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is generally:
7–15 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside Torvato’s reasonable control.
Shipping Cost
Torvato provides free standard shipping on all eligible United States orders.
Any available expedited shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. In this situation, you may receive more than one package and multiple tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact support@torvato.com as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Torvato is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have entered fulfillment or been shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact support@torvato.com immediately after placing your order.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Delayed Orders
Occasional carrier delays may occur after an order has shipped. Torvato does not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@torvato.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your property and any secure delivery areas.

Ask other members of your household.

Check with neighbors or building-management personnel.

Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Torvato is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries when possible, but replacement orders or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@torvato.com within 7 days of delivery.
